I would avoid doing it just to be safe. I know with my windows, I was advised to not use any cleaner with amonia, as it would break down the tint. So I just use a damp cloth to clean the insides of the windows.
And yeah, RainX is the s***! I remember with my old car, my wipers went out on the freeway, in a downpour. I got towed back to town(AAA is your friend), went to Kragens, bought a bottle, and was able to drive home within the hour. (2thumbs)
