looking for the owner of a white miata in concord, Ohio

hello all, I am in Ohio, and every now and then when I drive down Prouty Rd, in Concord I see this sweet, slammed little white Miata sittin outside... Any owners in here???

I've seen a car that fits that description out by me in Westlake before, was going to go talk to them but they took off before I could make it over to where they were parked.
