Looking at 2002 ES 5speed/ (WTB)

I am planning on buying a 2002/2003 ES with the 5 speed and side air bags. I am having a real tough time finding one. There is one that I want to go look at. It is the original owner. It has 72k miles. When I asked about maintenance he said the only thing that has been done is oil changes every 3000 miles and a new set of tires. If I do a complete tune-up if I purchase it will that be fine or has permanent damage likely been done?

Does anybody have 2002/2003 ES with the 5 speed and side air bags that they are looking to sell?

I am in the Philadelphia area.
