Why is his LSD in your garage, when it came out in Chris' garage? And...good luck putting that back together.


On a side note: scott, did y'all ever figure out what that rogue piece of metal was?
 
We got the coilovers and struts/springs swapped. My P5 drives like a cadillac now and absolutely no rubbing from my wheels that stick way out!!!

Scott- Let me know how the ksports ride!

amaff- Scott has the sways and I left the AWR endlinks for you along with all the OEM sway bar stuff.

It rides alright, didn't really play too much on the roads, the alignment is all kinds of crazy, the wheel is TDC at like 300*, plus there is some crazy toe I think on the front drivers side, hoping to make it to Korey's tomorrow. Time will tell, but I am gonna dig them I think.
 
Rats: First of all, thanks a bunch dude! How's the car handling now? I'm sure it's a huge difference going from k-sports / mazdaspeed sways to stock and stock lol.

Anyway, I've got a couple of questions: I've got 2 sets of end links. 1 are the AWRs, and the others...I'm not sure. Are those for the front, or are they stock P5, or mazdaspeed?

Also, I've got 3 sets of busings...
1 set is on the rear sway, then I've got 2 in bags, 1 of which has brackets. Do you remember what all those go to? The ones in bags look like they're already lubed for use on...one of the bars. It looks like rear brackets, but I'm not sure.

I can help you if you need it, I have looked at way too many of those brakets and bushings, plus I can use my drill press and we can make that sway bar a bit tighter too, Korey has done it to his and it really would only take a minute before you put it on.
 
That'll work for me. It won't be until I get back, but I'll take you up on it

The AWR adj end-links were the ones I was using on my P5 and thought you would like to have them (upgrade from stock). The ones in the box were given to me with the mazdaspeed front and rear sways when I bought them. I only installed the rear mazdaspeed sway and used the AWR adj's. I never used anything from the box. I used the factory mounts (was supposed to be temp) for the mazdaspeed rear sway with a couple of washers to space out the mounts for the extra diameter of the MS sway (confused yet???). Anyway, I would just let Scott help! :)

Thanks for the trade as my wife is very happy now that the car no longer clunks around corners (the clunk never bothered me and I could tell a huge difference in handling with the MS sway)!

I am surprised that my P5 is actually pretty well aligned still! The wheel TDC is barely off. When I first installed the ksports my alignment was way off but once Korey did his thing it was WAY better!

Let us know how everything is once Korey aligns it.
