Livestrong Ride in Philly

Yeah it's definitely going to be a blast...I'm riding with Team Fatty, who last year raised over 800k, and does a lot of giveaways and such...really a great story and from everything I've heard a nice guy: http://fatcyclist.com
 
been there once, not too worried...the LAF always puts on a great event.

If it's colder than 45 next August (doubt it) I'll be wearing this:

Philly airport sucks though... My flights are ALWAYS delayed when I fly through there.

+1 on delays. I've driven home from the Philly airport twice now just so that I could get home that night. Takes roughly 4 hours to get to Farmington.. :) (burnout)

Good luck with this! I'm not one marathon type events..
 
Putting the new parts on the bike tomorrow, and hopefully getting out for a ride. Also wanted to say thanks to Oleg for donating :)

Typing up a letter ATM to send out to local people in Melrose...getting wicked excited to go on a road trip in August, and to have a reason to train.
