lol! Yep. Everyone is buying Speed3's? I want a Speed6. Lulz, nah. Just like Phen I've always liked them. This one was a great deal though she does need some TLC (a little rust and repaint the front bumper). And the Milly is just way too dull anymore for a DD.
The P6 will get worked on when it warms up. I just don't like being cold in the garage working with cold tools and cold hands. I gotta keep these lady hands in tip-top shape!
I'm in no rush to get the P6 done anyway. My deadline is running and tuned for Mid-Ohio track day June 10th.
I rode in Fez's car a couple years back after the big turbo. It was amazing. But this is my friends much more tame Speed6. I'll get some pics and such tomorrow. I'll have to make room for two cars in the garage again. The P6 is gonna be pissed. haha
In related news, I got my thermal spacers from JayRacing in my other homeland on Dayton OH. I'm thinking I'm going to gut the intake mani and delete all the butterflies, vacuum lines and TB coolant lines while I'm at it. I've got a spare USDM IM I can always clean up and put on if it doesn't run well.
There won't be a build thread for the Speed6 because honestly it's going to stay how it is. I'll tint the windows this week and maybe lowering springs eventually, but that's it. I have to get the front bumper repainted since it's peeling. But she'll be my DD and it's SO much cheaper to build, drive, race the P6. The Speed6 has a couple fun mods already, like a 3" intake, CPE top mount, shifter plate, Dashhawk, Cobb accessport and a few other little things. 139k miles but 175-180 compression across the board and runs great.
Sold the Milly this morning for $1700 (actually broke even, lulz).
