Looks like I'm stopping at Napa onthe way home from work tonight. Then I can finally put the side Sport20 decals on and wash/clay bar/wax her.

mmmm, i still have one side of my car i have to do...you might have to show me how it's done!

I gave up on the side moldings. I cant seem to find the 3M remover and don't really feel like picking at them all weekend. heh-heh

But I DID finally finish my "How To" for the JDP style front lip install to the P5. It took me almost as long to write the how to as it did to install the bloody lip!

I'll swing by the place where I got my adhesive remover after work.

I have seen adhesive remover at a number of places, I know there is a Wal-Mart somewhere near you.

Well I see adhesive remover all over the place, and was just at Autozone and almost picked up a can of Rustoleum adhesive remover. But If I'm going to pull all my trim off and spend a weekend rubbing off glue, I want the best s*** possible to remove it. I don't want to pull off the trim, try using BrandX remover that doesn't work and then have to drive around my car looking ghetto before I can find the 3M stuff. That's all.

I'm in no rush, Phen. I'll snag some next weekend or something. I'm going to wait till it warms up. Thanks though, buddy.

Well, it's time for a new exhaust system. My GReddy EVO2 cat-back sounded wonderful for the first year, real low growl and not raspy at all. But droned like a sumbitch on the highway. But after about a year I started to get a nasty rattle. I removed heat shields and tried Corksport exhaust hangers and OEM hangers and it still rattled like crazy. Turns out my resonator is bad. I emailed GReddy basically asking if I could buy just the midpipe section and they were pretty rude with a one sentance reply of "We only sell complete exhaust systems.". And I dont want to weld in a new resonator because I don't trust the weld quality of local muffler shops. So I'm looking for a new exhaust system and have been doing my research. I'm looking to spend about $500.

I've got an AEM intake, Spooled^Racing header and a MAM catless midpipe already installed.

It's down to;
Corksport Power Series (header-back?)
Tanabe Madalion Touring (catback)
Magnaflow (cat-back)
Skunk2 (cat-back)

I'm most interested inthe Corksport because they have great customer service, sound really nice and a great price. But I asked Corsport directly if it's a header back system or a catback system and they agree with the latter. But I've seen pics of a few of the same exhaust systems and they seem to be a header back system? I'm confused? So more research is needed. Oy vey.

I like the Tanabe and they've been around forever and always have been making quality parts with racing background. I've heard some good reviews from other owners too.

The Magnaflow is another option. Many great reviews and a good sound.

Any advice, gentlemen? I'm looking to buy something in the next week or two.

The Racing Beat is too quiet and from what I hear drones a lot of the highway. You know you want this:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NXwyjtQ0T5o&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NXwyjtQ0T5o&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

if i could afford it i'd go with the corksport. i would say that's the best sounding exhaust for this car ;)

Oh man. Talking about drone, I thought Tylor was in here.

Hehehehe.

That's a good vid, Matt. I do like the Corksport. I'm still trying to figure out if it's a "header-back" design or a traditional cat-back.

I like the Racing Beat, but honestly, I just don't like the look of the muffler. I know that's a stupid statement, but it just looks like a stock muffler...

i actually agree with ya there, it does just look like the stock muffler.......but that's why i like it! hahahaha

But it sounded really good when you were on it headed home last week, don't get me wrong. What are you gonna do after you go turbo, Kevin? Stick with the RB or go bigger?

yup, just stick with the racing beat!

...and who ever said that she's going to be mild???? :p

yeah, no more than 2.5" for downpipe, midpipe, and exhaust...which is what they will all be!

enough about me, this is your thread!!! lol
