I want new rims. Anyone have a brand they prefer? I was biased to mesh type wheels like xxr 521's but i like spoked wheels now. Any opinions?

These would look awesome on your car (i think) red caps would match nicely with the red paint. There is somebody on the 3 forum that has these on a red sedan but im not sure what his user name is.

But if you really want aftermarket wheels i suggest that you try and get your parents to let you lower the car. Its going to make it look 10x better.

Wheels are a personal thing, look at all the pics you can on any and all mz/ms3 forums. When you find one you like ask what it is and go from there. Just looking at pics of wheels on a tire/wheel site will get you nowhere (been there, done that), you have to see them on the car. For god sake don't try to put some stupid ass wheel size on the car you will just piss your parents off! BTW 18x8.5 is a stupid ass size that would piss your parents off. Stay with 17x7 or 7.5 and your stock size tire will go right on without a problem thus keeping your parents off your ass about wanting to change the wheels.
