I've never been fishing in my life, as in real fishing...I used to have a little mickey mouse rod and would cast it in my side yard and real it in...sometimes I would snag a good chunk of grass, or maybe a leaf if I was lucky

One time, when I was about 3, I went to this bridge in Wisconsin with my parents and grandpa and my snoopy fishing pole. I was catching so many fish it was unbelieveable, they were just little bastard fish. That night we ate them all for dinner at my grandma's house. 10 years later, I learned that we had eaten Mrs. Paul's and that my caught fish had gone somewhere else. I thought that I had fed the family, I thought that for 10 years. I was mad when I found out the truth. Moral of the Story: Mrs. Paul is a dumb b****.

I hate finding things out like that. Like the serbian place in third lake...I always thought that was disney land and never understood why my parents never took me there if we lived right across the lake from it. It was a disappointment when I found out it wasn't disney land, I was planning my escape so I could go visit it!
That also happened when I got a book from my grandparents and it had both my brothers name and my name in it as the main characters and I thought for the longest time that my grandpa wrote it and drew the pictures and everything...turns out, sophomore year of college, my mom was going to donate it and I told her she couldn't and thats when she broke the news to me that they had just paid some company to put our names in a generic format.
