okay, to get to the piers:

get on H1 going east/koko head bound. caleb, for u, the easiest would be to get on the freeway using the ward st on ramp.

on the freeway, just drive past UH, past Kahala mall, past Kalani High School, past niu valley... you'll see the piers on the right, you cant miss it. it is about a 6 mile drive from town.

so just jump on the freeway and drive till there's no freeway haha

Another tip on getting there is to keep on the right lane when you get on Kalanianaole Hwy and when there are no houses to right of you there should be water and a pretty good size parking lot. Also called "Boat Launch".

o, i think i know where that is...big parking lot, usually empty...get that island u can walk 2 during low tide...used 2 go torching there back in the day when had stuff 2 torch hehe...btw...u guys not worried about the gas prices and shortages?

thats the only large parking lot i can think of. if anyone else can think of a place that wont be crowded and/or with shade, be my guest!
