Sigh.
The problem with Jersey is that while it's a pretty small state, it has an extremely high population density -- the highest in the country -- so statistics would indicate a higher concentration of idiots and morons as well.
(New Jersey is the 47th state in terms of area -- only 3 states are smaller -- but the 11th state in terms of total population -- only 10 states have more residents)
