keeping the MSP FOREVER? TELL us why!

I just dumped a heap of time and money into rebuilding the motor at 122k miles, and I still have several issues to sort out. Might even involve tearing down and re-doing some of my work, but I'm too attached to the car to just ditch it and start with something else. I don't need the fastest or cleanest thing on wheels, but I think once I get everything sorted this car will fit my wants and needs very well.

because the resale value on it sucks......(bang)
great daily driver......
still want to shove a kl in it.......
or.....i know i'm going to get flamed.....honda k20 or f20c(gun)
handles very good....
kind of incognito.....
maybe one day i can shove an ls1 into it and make it rwd....(if it can be done in a miata for gods sake!!!!!!!!)

maybe keep maybe sell. depends on how it turns out once its built. probabley just keep it though its a nice car.

I plan to keep mine.
As it's finally getting paid off this winter, the mods will start flowing in. But as my car wears and tears, I'm still going to drive it into the ground. I'll invest probably $10k into parts, and stockpile them in a storage unit or something. Then once I have a new car's worth of parts, I'll have spent less money than a brand new car, and have something a lot more fun, and unique.

I've dumped way to much money into the car to just ditch it and its just about paid off! Now at one time and point i just wanted to set it on fire and really give it a reason to be called blazing yellow.

i plan to own this car as long as i can. before i bought it i researched it and knew it had its problems like the clunk, the differential, horrible tune, and the fact that the rods apparently do not like to be in this engine. i have always loved mazdas ever since i was little, and to me this car was part of mazda's history. the first mazdaspeed car released. that and it wasnt just a car that focused on power. the handling was amazing. ever since i was a freshman in highschool i knew i wanted this car and when i turned 18 i went out and bought mine :) this car has taught me so much, or forced me to learn should i say haha. and ultimately shaped me into having the dram to be able to work as an engineer for mazda.

Had my car for 4 years now. bought it myself when i was only 16 working at mcdonalds haha.
Alot of ups and downs with the car over the year but im never letting it go.
