I was thing about getting a K&N oil filter on eBay. It has a buy it now for $8.97 and shipping is $7.50 (total = $16.47). First of all is that a good price? Second of all does it make a difference? Lastly, does it really last forever? The add says that you never need to replace your oil filter again.

stock replacement or cone for aftermarket?def a good price for either if in good condition.the best filter you can get for stock air box(besides mazdaspeed $100+)

The Oil Filter will need to be replaced. They might be refering to the K&N Air Filter which can be cleaned and does not need to be replaced.

Not a good price for the oil filter. Check some of the local auto suppliers. Autozone sells them for $12.

Hope this helps

hmmmm.....well I haven't gotten around to autozone or checker yet. I will check them out.
