Not really because there are suprisingly alot of car that are small and safe. Like the Mini and europe's Smart car. Infact BMW down right braged about it saying "good things come in small packages."

As for insurence it all depends on his insurence company. Would you believe me if I said I pay $110 a month for my MSP? I guess they didnt know the thing was turboed. But it is weird a 2 door sports roadster that produces more hp and is turboed is actually cheaper to insure then the speed. But thats what I love about Mazdas...insurence never see them as "fast" cars for street racers but safe daily driven cars.

Like the SRT-4 on the other hand....you'll be paying insurence up the ass. Infact I think thats the #1 reason why some people are getting rid of the car. Its like #5 on the most expensive cars under $40K to insure.

10 miles on the odometer, $21000 out the door :) Same price I paid for the MSP, and insurance is incredibly a tiny bit cheaper ($40 a year)

very nice car jersey. the handling on the msm is awesome. u got a good deal on it too.
and its a RWD :). btw dont worry about the fmic that much. our stock one isnt any bigger, atleast the MSM's mounted in the front .

Well my insurance company just called. Their initial settlement was $14,544.90 after my deductible. They valued the car's ACV @ $14,665.

I'm going to try to get some more out of them. I only owe $13,600 on the car, so I am getting some money back, but I still made a $2000 down payment and have been making $375 payments for a year and a half.

I am also picking up the MSM tomorrow morning :)

I got 16,800 for my yellow one and it had a mere 8700 miles when it was totaled. That isn't bad.
