Could you guys take some pics from far away? I wanna see how much the can hangs down and how big the tip is in comparison to the rest of the car. Cheesie I liked the pics but they were to up close to get perspective.

I will get you some pics tomorrow. Just take note that I had the can tilted to the side some, so that you dont think it was a bad fit.

what is the best way to record the exhaust? my girlfriend is also wanting a cold air intake what is the best one to get?

True cold air, is either gonna be a Injen or a K&N. The injen can be had in a variety of colors for around 200, the K&N however can also be had in a variety of colors for about double the cost of the Injen.

what would you reccomend? As this is not for me its for my girlfriend I have a Mazda 6 myself :D

I personally have the injen. I love it. I wish i would have gotten the blue one though. I have the polished. The only thing some might do is get a K&N filter. The injen filter is reusable/washable. The only other real difference between the Injen and K&N is the filter, the K&N has a prewrap to keep big particles off the filter, and the K&N is more easily made into a short ram intake(for if you live in areas that are commonly flooded). If i were to really choose on the two, not based on a money stand point i would go K&N. But if you would rather spend less and not have a prewrap(which isnt needed), then go Injen. Not a really big difference in them.

Hey mazda007 what size pipe is it, is it 2" pipe or 2.5"
For that price you cann't go wrong .
Great buy. If you can let me know what size that pipe is I"ll order one too.
PS the pipe size not the tip.
