Just bought HID conversion

I have one problem with the kit one hid is a little brighter than the other the guy i bought them from told me to switch the bulbs between ballast and if the same side is dimmer then the ballast is the problem, and if the opposite side is dimmer then the bulb is the problem. He said once ido this and find whats wrong he will immeadiately shipped me new parts. does anyone know what could cause it to do this.

I had 6 sets of hid kit, usually is because the bulbs.
ask them ship u a pair not only one,
or it's gonna be same thing again.
by the way, I was gonna buy hid from this seller,
is your bulb H7?
any problem when install?
because some one told me the H7 for mazda is different,
so please let me know, I'm new to Mazda, just bought a CX-7.

his hid kits are great the only difference with the mazda is that the little plastic sockets that hold your bulbs have little prongs going around them. what i did was take the little socket and icut the middle out with a dremmel and they fit over the hids. and don't worry if you ever wanted to go back to stock the sockets are only 11 dollars a piece. overall his kits are great and he is a great seller

After seeing a friends 50w kit I'm making the change from my 35w kit. And recently I've seen fogs with HIDS in them so I'm debating if I want to go that route.
