I just wear some gloves.. (shrug)

Wes, I just cannot rock gloves. I've tried and it doesn't do it for me. I'm a hand-in-pockets kinda guy, I guess...

As for painted wheels, I hope to go either teal blue or a replica of Volk's magnesium blue for next winter. We will see when the time comes, muahahahaha!

I am hands in pockets, too, but in the winter it's hands in gloves in pockets, haha.

Magnesium blue looks awesome, you should definitely do it next winter!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I received a few small things for my car from Santa:

-Fabric to make my custom shift boot
-RPM store Ventpod
-Prosport Mechanical Boost Gauge
-Corksport LED interior lighting kit
-Corksport LED Foglights

Basically my switch to white lighting is complete, and the shift boot completes my interior look (for now, until I get a shift knob later down the road). First post is updated with this stuff that needs installed--hopefully on New Year's Day I am working on installing EVERYTHING I have....so if anyone wants to come help, I'll have a six-pack waiting.

Installed my Circuit Sport S Oil Catch Can on New Year's Day. A big thank you to Jasen (iSpoon) and Evan (Lewis7789) for hooking me up with this thing. After a lot of research on where to mount it and how the can should work properly, I decided to mount it on the drivers side inner fender, and route the hose across the front near the fan. I removed the intake manifold to provide easy access to the PCV valve--in the meantime, I switched the PCV valve with a new OEM one and used the old one inline to the can...doubling my PCV valve power! LOL Here are some pics of the intake manifold and inside of the engine:

Here you can see all the oil that sits in the bottom below the PCV valve and doesn't drain through it:

Impressions so far: No real difference. I've got 2500 miles until I need my oil changed--we will see what happens then. I also installed a PT-Performance Smoking Turbo Fix Pill. We will see if that solves any smoking issues between these two parts.

I have also installed my boost gauge--pictures and impressions to come later! First post has been updated! Thanks everyone!

Installed the RPMStore Vent Pod and a 52mm Prosport mechanical boost gauge. Here are a few pictures of what it looks like:

Boost seems to peak around 17-18 maybe and then settle at 15. I'm sure it is not most accurate, but at least this gauge gives some indication that my car is boosting as it should.

Thanks for that, Evan! I don't know if "build thread" is appropriate, but I wanted to document everything I did to Kayden. I do not plan on selling the car, but if I do, I want prospective buyers to see for themselves that any modification was done with caution, professionalism, and the car was not "beat on" per se.

For instance, I would've purchased Pablo's old Speed3 if it wasn't for his push button start. I saw that and didn't know what it was. Later I found out...Hopefully people will see this first and then understand what those extra wires are for, or what the BPV does, or whatever....

I've hit a slight roadbump. After installing the PTP pill, OCC, and boost gauge, my garage smells like gasoline. I did not work on the car in my garage, nor is anything leaking... One of the OCC hoses has a crease as if it is collapsing a bit. The car runs fine, with maybe slight hesitation between 3000-3700 rpms. My first tank of fuel after resetting the ECU was horrendous, but I thought that was normal--it always has been in my case. Any help with why my garage smells would be wonderful. Thanks guys!

I really like the green wheels too. Black, White, and Silver cars IMO are the only cars that can get away with ridiculous neon colored wheels LOL. I want to paint my stockers, but I'm not sure what color would look good. I should go with Green....I'd look like a friggin Christmas Car!!! HAHA Let me swap your wheels on one day for an xmas photo shoot lol

Bahahahahahahahahahaha Merry XMAS
Evan9999 came out to put on my green wheels. this is the result

Another big work day on my car today. For sake of time, I will just list what I did and post a few pics:

1. Change Oil (Turning 70,000 miles old this week!)
2. Empty Catch Can (After 5,000 miles of duty)
3. Install Corksport LED Fog lights
4. Install Corksport LED Interior Lights
5. My girlfriend made me a new shift boot cover

On Saturday, I went out and took a few parking garage shots of my car--although it was dirty, they turned out okay. I have updated my first post, including a new 'current' picture of my car, so please go back to page 1 and check it out! Thanks for reading this, everyone!

Got summer tires over the weekend. (Thanks Marlon!) I will be rolling on Kumho Ecsta SPT 225/45/18. My OZ Ultraleggera's went to have the old summer tires removed--if anyone wants them, let me know, because at least two of the tires are still good. They are 225/35/18 GoodYear Eagle F1 DS-G3. The other two suffered from massive camber or toe wear. (I am not sure which, they came to me like that...)

Now it is time to fix up the bashed OZs and prep them for paint. I'd like to get them primered, put the new tires on, then spray with color and clear coat. I am 99% sure I will be going with black, but 1% of me says to go gold! We shall see, I suppose...

In other news, my last big purchase for the car has been set into motion. I am waiting to hear back on pricing and availability...So stay tuned! Thanks!

Yes! Gold would look badass. Everyone with a black Speed3 already has black wheels. You and Ryan would be twins. Try a photoshop and post it up, buddy.

What'd you tap for the daytime light on the gauge?
