** its time for new brakes****

Hi. So i asked for some help b4 when i needed spark plugs for my 2003 p5 and got very good info about it. So now its time to replace my front and rear brake pads. Im wondering wich are good brake pads i should buy. Its my daily driver and ill like something that stops good. I did some research and i found metal or ceramic brake pads on auto zone???? Whats the difference????? Whats better?? Also on ebay i found red green and yellow brake pads???? Wth??? Lol. Performance brake pads i wouldnt mind anything that will cut down my braking distance but i also dont want to pay 100 bucks for a set lol cheap cheap lol. I guess my question is whats the best deal for the money?? Thanks for all your help.

You could always upgrade to Mazdaspeed Protege Front calipers/pads/rotors...if you are interested I have some for sale...$130 shipped...cheap...
