Issue with certain radio stations not coming in and missing SD card

Good day all, I just recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 and noticed that certain radio stations that work on my other cars, especially in front of my house does not come in on this Mazda. I just get static. I have searched for answers but not getting anything but suggestions of upgrading the Infotainment system which seems like a valid suggestion but I am not able to find a link to download the software. The system in currently running 51.00.351. From reading it sounds like I would need to upgrade to 70.00.100A NA N before I can go to 74.00.324A NA N. Can someone help me out with a link to these version. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

Also, I noticed that there is a slot for an SD card and was wondering if an SD card is need and that might be part of the problem.

That's for the in-car navigation maps. Nothing to do with the radio signal or Android Auto.
