Is there a how to on removing roof rack??

HI,

I Did a lot of searching but couldn't find a How-to on removing the roof rack. Is there one, or is it pretty self explanatory??

also, where can i get the plugs to fill the holes??

i'm sure there is a how-to somewhere on here, but it isn't too tough to figure out. you end up having to take a a decent amount of your interior to do it though because you need to remove the headliner.
