I did mine like Pro 5's
(check Pro's out on this link: http://www.protege5.com/vbb225/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8590&highlight=painted+interior , sorry, don't have pics of mine yet)
and I used 2 coats DupliColor Adhesion Promoter, 2 coats Ground Coat, 4 coats Red MetalCast and 3 coats Clear Coat and it turned out stellar. Actually, you may want to check out the Blue MetalCast color, the metallic look may compliment your Laser Blue quite nicely (check out http://www.duplicolor.com/products/metalcast.html).
After painting it took a bit getting used to because I'd never had such a colorful interior but by day 2 I was loving it. Please note, however, I have experienced major fading, I don't know if it's the MetalCast or what but despite that it still doesn't look terrible - actually kinda cool and it's not an opaque color so with the metallic look it has some natural variances that are pretty cool. My tips for you are: Use a sunshade and if you don't already have them, tinted windows will help keep the sun from fading your hard work. I'm planning on re-doing it once I get the tint done. Good luck!
