Man, I saw that a month ago but didn't post about it because I thought everyone had seen it. Anyway, I still have mixed opinions about it. The guy gets an A++ for creativity and innovation. However, as people mentioned above the Wing is a little overboard, and I can't stand the color. You can criticize it all you want but we all have to agree that it is a work of art.

Yep I don't like it much either, but do give mad respect for attempting it.
There is nothing wrong with hating it, just like there is nothing wrong you people liking it. Opinions just work like that.
So intead of bashing people for their opinion lighten up a bit and try to see what other people are thinking before closing your mind and jabbing at the keyboard.
I do like how the interior flows though..
Oh and the whole if you have nothing nice to say, dont say it is old.
You are completely using it out of context here. Here people should welcome the opinions from others on their work etc. With that comes the understanding that sometimes the opinions won't be nice. That is life, hopefully more people will start living it.

I bet he fixed the dash rattles with all that suede. =) I like it, but I think I'd probably subtract the N2O, coloured interior, and most of the audio system, and all of the body kit, and the wheels... Okay, so, just a turbo Protege truck, I guess. =) In black, with the suede dash, please. I'll take two!

heres a story for you. i was doing spl judgin for meca a few years back, there was this kid there in a old escort painted purple with wire wheels. not my style at all.he wanted to enter the spl contest but dindnt think he'd do well so i went out and gave it a listen, i though he had a great chance so i talked him into entering, well when he came in some of the people in new cars with professionally installed systems started ripping on the guy and his car. well he was about to leave and i told him to go thru the lanes and get judged, when he did, all the kids there shut up because this guy beat them all and took the state record for his class that night. next thing u know all the guys that were making fun of him went over and checked out his system and started asking him questions. just seems sad when people are more apt to rip a complete stranger apart because he chooses to build his car diffrent the you. when you judge someones car you should judge it on the quality of the build and the things he did, did he do them right, you should judge the guy on the mere fact that you wouldnt have chosen the same color for your own car.

constructive cristicism is fine. but hard to hear what someone is thinking when they just say it's ugly, or gay, or godawful. i have no prbolem with good criticism such as " the bed of the truck doesnt flow with the front, or the contrasting colors dont' mix well" those opinions are fine, but when someone just says its ugly. that helps no one.

No doubt there are times when people say things that is construed as being hateful. But just cause someone says it looks like chit does not mean they don't have some respect for it.
Guess it really comes down to how we interupt what people are writing over a message board. This is way more complicated and prone to errors than actually hearing someone verbally expressing what they feel. Tones and body language are void here.
Also people should welcome opinions and if they are bad then they should also learn to take from it what ever there is. Learn how to accept the good, the bad and how to shrug off that which is directed purely in a hateful way.

i agree it is hard to gauge people on the internet, but no matter how hard i try i couldn't find anything constructive or helpfull in some of the posts. i just think if u don't like something thats cool but give a constructive reason why or your basically just blowing hot air.
