How do you know it works great? I bet that car doesn't even NEED an intercooler, it lives it's life a quartermile at a time.

oh really!...that car runs C16, not alcohol...It needs the intercooler. Do you know how much heat does the compressor sends @ 45psi of boost?? A bit over 210F easy!

air temp raises 150 degrees per 7 psi = 964 degrees. Either my math is wrong or the intercooler works

Are you serious?

Zero airflow also has its efficiency %. It depends on every intercooler. I think spearco has it datasheet of efficiency % per mph.

It will heat soak very fast and then they no longer cool down the charge.

But I have taken a few Top Mounts and Side Mounts into Front Mount and they are working great (RX7 and SubaruWRX)

i think in the end, if i do go with an FMIC rather than an SMIC, i think i'll spend the money and either go perrin or mam. We'll see, it'll prolly be a while before i can afford either.
