I was looking on Ebay and was not sure what this is. Does this work. I was unable to find it posted any where else.

well, knowing a little about electronics and what a resistor does, i thought what they say could be true.... however, $1.99 for 15 - 20 HP is a little outrageous....

You must not know enough about the efficiency of modern engines to think you could gain 15-20 hp by tricking the computer into bumping the timing slightly?

It is total crap.
