installed redline mt 90

my camera isnt working, but to describe it..... It fits on a gallon lid and has a pump that goes into the gallon jug. Then it has spout on the hand pump where there is a hose comming out. that the hose that goes into the tranny. maybe that helped

Ok, BRB...

OK, here is a quick snapshot of the gallon bottle I bought and the little pump on top. Motorsport sales gave it to me, so I don't know how much it cost.

Thanks Paul. There is another Sears in Chandler I'm going to hit after work and look for it.

EDIT: Linux! You the Man! Thanks! (thumb)

Note: I don't use a hose, I just stick the "beak" in the hole, and pump the bottle up and down till it starts spilling back out.

That place above doesn't have gallons of ShockProof. Any other good retailers? What else can I use ShockProof on?

Motorsport Sales? That bottle in the picture above, I got that from Motorsport Sales! I was there last week, and saw some on the shelf! Ask them again.

Patrick, hey man im already running the MT-90 you think i would have any advantage to switch to the shock proof or should i just leave the 90 in there.. and youve had NO problems running it after a year.

true, good point man. well tech... my tranny is about to break :( since second gear synchro is going out. hopefully taking out the SS and putting the stock back in will fix it.

w/o torque wrench and new drain plug and washer

Is it possible to do this without replacing the washer (as the Mazda instructions say?)?

What steps do you take?

yes, you are also suppose to replace the oil washer too during changes. i dont think it will hurt.

I'm changing my tranny fluid this weekend and got it for free at my dealer. they cost $1.50....
