my camera isnt working, but to describe it..... It fits on a gallon lid and has a pump that goes into the gallon jug. Then it has spout on the hand pump where there is a hose comming out. that the hose that goes into the tranny. maybe that helped

OK, here is a quick snapshot of the gallon bottle I bought and the little pump on top. Motorsport sales gave it to me, so I don't know how much it cost.

Note: I don't use a hose, I just stick the "beak" in the hole, and pump the bottle up and down till it starts spilling back out.

true, good point man. well tech... my tranny is about to break since second gear synchro is going out. hopefully taking out the SS and putting the stock back in will fix it.

Is it possible to do this without replacing the washer (as the Mazda instructions say?)?

yes, you are also suppose to replace the oil washer too during changes. i dont think it will hurt.

Doubt it. I'd say it's like a 19mm washer or 18...
