Infinity Reference 1030w and 1230w

Has anyone brought a pair or heard them b4. Are they any good compare to other stuff around that price range. thanks !!~

I know model numbers are nice, but what are these? 10 and 12" subwoofers?

1230w= 12"

I believe they are both 4 ohm

If that's the case, and I'd assume pricing of an infinity ref sub to be around $100ish perhaps up to 150 maybe? Might be decent. I for one prefer the sound of even the cheap eclipse subs, and then there's always the solid JL's but then there's the Elemental designs K series that are below $100 if you cna wait a couple weeks on the pre-order deal. http://www.edesigns.com

Thatsaid, I havne't ever heared any infinity refrence subs. didn't know they made 'em I used to have an old green kappa that I liked okay, but it was just sorta vanilla, nothing spectacular, nothing offensive. IF they're anything like that I'd say they'll do the job nicely, but there are other options out there that'll be just as good or possibly better for the $
