I'm in Cleveland, Ohio. It's snowed like a sonofagun here yesterday, but I still took it out for a ride after I left the dealer. This car handles like a dream. I'm looking forward to when I can take it out on clear highways and see what she can do!

Congrats....you will find you look forward to driving her all the time! Share pics when you get the chance!

I can definitely feel the excitement in your intro...Welcome (hi)

Be sure to post (pics)!

Don't for get to post your gas mileage...........it should be in the 13-14 MPG range according to most CX-7 owners........and it doesn't get better. Mazda completely overstated the gas mileage on the CX-7 and it requires PREMIUM fuel to boot. ZOOM-ZOOM!!!!

Sorry, didn't mean to came off that way.......really. I just wanted to post my 2 cents on the CX-7 and share what many, many owners are saying about the awful gas mileage. I tried to like the CX-7 after I test drove it, but it was like trying to like stale black licorice.........you know it is supposed to be good, but it's not. I just think Mazda came close, but didn't hit a home run. Kind of like the Detroit Tigers in the World Series, nothing wrong with runner-up.

Vegas, thanks for the warning, but I've been reading the posts on this and 3 or 4 other forums, too. I know what some have been saying about their gas mileage, but it seems like to every 13-16mpg I'm seeing, I'm also seeing 18-20 or even more. I'm still in my first tank (just turned 100 miles yesterday) so it's hard to tell yet where this will fall for me. But given so many people stating thet their getting the EPA numbers or more, I've got to think that there is something else going on for those getting less than 18.

Mitza, I'm with you. I did my research, and knew going in that this car has EPA of 18/24 and many are experiencing less. My partner drives a 325i and he needs to use premium, too. I'm not going to let gas be an issue for me at all.

For now, I'm just gonna celebrate!!! (breakn) (nana)

and as the miles accumulate, the fuel efficiency improves..

i started at 15mpg but now im on the 18's mixed hway/city.... i only have 800+ miles on her, i know she would still improve (whip)
