I'm Addicted to WoW!

Sorry for replying to this thread so late, but I just joined the forum :)

I have been playing since release, but recently took an extended hiatus. I realized hardcore raiding was not for me, esp. since it took all of my free time. Holy paladin heals through SSC/TK was agonizingly mind-numbing. So, I quit before we went any further. No more heal spamming.

However, I just renewed my account so that I could make use of the 2.3 patch. Excited enough about the changes that I can't decide which class to continue playing, or which to reroll :)

I got deathly board with it.
Waiting around for hours on end for something to start and then having to fight over a stupid item with 4/5 other people was just idiotic. I hate that their is no way to become decently equipped solo.

Up to level 24 now with my lock. I just got my succubus. I dont get it. She kinda sucks. Am I using her wrong?

shes good for dealing good dps when ur tanking wit urself. with all pets, they dont hold aggro well so the enemy ends up attacking u. but wit the succubus, her dps is pretty good when ur soloing and tanking wit ur own body(fear curse dot fear while making her attack the enemy and life drain etc) haha. she was my demon of choice when it came to grinding. just have a healthstone and some pots ready if u dont got much hp. the imp sucks period..unless ur using it for the stamina boost in parties. voidwalker is ghetto cause aggro breaks free from him alot(his dps is way too low). felhunter is good for pvp but not really grinding.

Voidwalker is good for holding aggro, he's like your own personal tank. Imp is good for DPS later on, and for the nice stamina boost from Blood Pact. Succubus is good for Crowd Control later on, with Charm. And ya, the Felguard is a pain in the ass to fight against when you are fighting a lock, haha.

Whats an easy way to make money?

I started mining copper and selling it as either ore or bars.

1.5-2.5 g a stack.

Go skinning and mining.

Don't sell them as bars, only ore. People buy that more often builld their own skills. Also sell the skins and ore in stacks of 20 only. Save stacks in your bank and sell in mass quantities at a time. Just make sure that when you sell that you're undercutting everyones prices (except for the extrememly low). That way people will buy your items over everyone elses.

And example would be selling a stack of 20 copper ore for the same price someone else is selling a stack of 15 or 18 copper ore.

Also, skinning is easier to farm because you can grind while you farm. So it helps you gain xp. PLus you don't need a tracker to find skins since you get them from mobs. You can use the mineing tracker for finding ore. That way you're not trying to switch between to trackers like if you were doing mining and herbalism.

Also, do instance runs when ever possible. And sell any green or blue gear that you don't use at the AH. Follow the same rule and undercut everyone elses prices.

This is what I do with all my chars and I usualy have a couple hundred gold by the time I reach lvl 25.
