On Nov 6th i took my car to the dearer for a second time for them to try and fix the overboosting problem that i was having. On Nov 15th i called them to check on the status, they told me some bulls*** story that they lost my contact info (this was the second time its been to this dealer) i was like ok what ever, is the problem fixed they said yes, i told them i would be in to pick it up.
I went and picked her up that afternoon and when i left the lot the bpv did not sound right, it sounded like it was venting to atmosphere, i was what ever i dont and continued to drive home and soon as i gave her some gas she boosted right to 15, and started making a horrible grinding sound. I Turned around and went back to the dealer and the service manager came out and asked what the problem was i told him the fucken thing is still broke, He tried to give me some bulls*** about how the car didnt come from mazda with the turbo kit that it was put on at the port, i told him what does that have to do with anything.
I made him go for a test drive with me so he would see that it is still over boosting to 15psi and hitting fuel cut, and here what it sounded like when the turbo was spooling, finaly after driving for abit he told me a specialist from jacksonvill fl, was coming on Nov 17th to do some work and they would have him look at it. Well i got a call on the 17th in the after noon, and they told me it was the trubo and they ordered a new one and would be in, in a week. That would have been Nov 24 (my birth day), i waited till after the holiday and called that friday to see if they got the trubo in, they told me it hasnt come in yet.
I waited till the first of Dec to call them, still no turbo.
I called on the 6th, still no trubo and they have no idea where it is or when it coming.
As of right now i havnt called them since the 6th, and i havnt heard anything from them. Im going to call tomarrow and find out what the **** is going.
The only good thing about this whole this is, they are coving it under warrenty and i got a rental that they are paying for (wich im beating the s*** out of) and i dont have to put premium gas in (saves me some money)
and im not putting miles on my car.
I just want to get my car back, its hard picking up chicking a pos ford focus.
