i need help

I have a 2011 mazda 2 touring and i want to paint the alluminum rims. i dont know what kind of paint to use. I really want to get this done before the snow hits. can anyone help me????

Don't paint them dismount the tires off the wheels and have them powder coated, well worth it. Or if it's an issue of cost just plasti dip them like alot of people it's reversible.

I wanted to get them powder coated but every place around me wants to charge an arm and a leg. Im in college so my pockets arent that deep

black plastidip spray cans are only 4 bucks a can at lowes...but if you want other colors that will cost you.

^ Those guys i mentions have wheel kits that runs around $25.00 and has 8 color options as well as options for matte or glossy.

Plastidip is the way to go if you're looking for a change. I'm thinking of going red or that blaze purple on my winter steelies.

Plasti Dip is pretty revolutionary if you ask me. They do whole cars now. It's great.

Not sure. Wouldn't hurt.

No. Just make sure the surface is clean and put at least 4 good coats.

Nope. As stated make sure surface is clean, essentially just wash them as you regularly would, then take some alcohol on a rag to the wheels to get any oil off.
