I Need Help

I have an 07 ms3, which i got from a dealership in NJ, i believe the car was tuned but after it was traded in he took off some of the stuff that he had on it, such as intake, etc. Anyway, i dont know much about cars, but mine is running terrible, i cant accelerate in high RPMs cuz the car just jolts and jumps, like im losing power, the CEL came on so i took it to my local mazda and they said that my something something was hacked. so now i need someones help to find a reliable shop to fix this and possibly tune it (dealerships covering it). I live in collegeville, pa. close to the philly area, and i need a shop QUICK. please help!

I wonder if it has anything to do with the TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for the fuel pump. Go here, click on Mazda3 and look up TSB: 01-022/08. It's a little below half-way down the screen.
