I believe they said something in some other threads that they were nolonger going to be selling directly to the public. They're products will still be available through resellers.

Call your credit card company and file a chargeback. They are excellent about it AND I got back ALL my money in a week. Visa, MC, AMEX all have fraud protection for companies like this.
