I just got robbed by MAM didn't I

I just sent a PM, sounds like I have to take a road trip, maybe on my way to Laguna Seca, I can have a one day stop over in Utah. C'mon guys come clean, either you shipped my hard pipes or you didn't. The last time I heard from you was on 8/14, nothing since.

Is this happening or not? You should have the decency to tell the damn truth to people! Please send me a tracking number or a $200 refund, it is that simple. Or maybe all of people who have been ripped off should ban together and seek legal recourse, for defrauding us.

Who knows, maybe we should seek legal compensation from all the players in this scam.

Hopefully it won't have to come to all that, but I'm ready just because of how ridiculous this has all been even though it is only $200. But I agree, tracking number or refund. I was one of the first and I'm one of the last to recieve anything and I'm done waiting.

I can't tell you how many times I've sent my phone number via PM and asked to be contacted by phone. Never happens.
 
I just looked at my paypal history and I found this guys full name. (not Beau)

I also noticed I payed most of it in bank transfer via paypal :(

I'll be speaking with mastercard vry soon to get some refund.

I rly wish I didn't have to do this...
 
Look at the history of complaints....
1. No one can reach them
2. The only happy people are the ones that actually recieved product
3. They are filing a 35% restocking fee on refunds??? For what?
4. Have they apologized to one person and made a full refund yet? No
5. Can anyone from MAM actually dispute anything I m saying?

Get out now. Call your credit card company, get a refund, and avoid all the BS.

Just want to confirm what he is saying...werd to all of it. No apologies and no contact and a 35% restocking fee on things that were already in stock and yes, on refunds. What a bunch of crooks....I'll be looking into the credit card deal tonight. Still shocked that I have not been contacted. (ughdance)
 
Hmmm, this won't help anyone but I have a different story.....I actually got 2 of something I paid for 1 of due to the confusion right before or during their moving after hounding them about the whereabouts of the item for about 2 months. After hearing all of these stories I feel really stupid for sending the extra one back. I sure hope it went back to the right address. I wonder if they ever got it?

If I gnew how I would leave you positive feedback for this comment, thats what I've been feeling from the moment they couldn't ship it right away.


If MAM isn't :bs: they should at least responde to this thread!
 
I dont know as no one has been in contact with me about a tracking number that I have been waiting for for 4 weeks now. Last I checked it doesnt take 1 month to ship something and MAMCS have totally ignored my pms about the matter. ALL I WANT IS THE TRUTH. JUST SAY IT WASNT SHIPPED DONT LIE TO ME.

Good luck. I tried the phone number attached to the paypal address today and of course its not working. Beau even shut down his email attached to MAM. There is NO way of contacting them. Do you think they did that by accident?? Yeah right. They've made it very clear to the customer that they don't want to do business with us. They prefer theft and its outrageous. How do you honestly cut off all lines of communication with your customer??! That is ridiculous! (pissed) And you know they've read these posts and have chosen to do nothing in reponse too!
 
You guys are going through the exact same thing as me...8months for a mani...and nothing.

Just call the credit card company and chalk this one to taking it up the ass.

it sucks that after months and months MAM is still screwing people

someone here needs to sue them or start a class action lawsuit and put them out of business

hopefully the BBB in their area has been contacted by more than a few of you by now
