I just got robbed by MAM didn't I

How does someone take a whole bunch of peoples money and run and still be able to live with themselves knowing damn well alot of people in this community are not made of money......and Why not tell the truth instead of lying to people. I dont think people on this forum would be half as mad if MAM didnt lie to them about shipping or parts or the likes
 
i can tell you right now if a someone personally screwed you out of money more than likley you wouldnt get it back but if its a business then you can sue and the law will make them give you your money back or provide a product im sure..... guys you cant let them keep screwing people (maybe they need a new owner ship hint hint)

Thanks for the vote. I can check into some of this when I get time, but I am a busy guy. I'm not sure of what I can do in a timely maner.
 
I ordered my AEM EMS on July 17th and have not seen anything. MAM CS sent me a PM two weeks ago saying that it was going to be sent out the next week. haha. Haven't seen anything. If you guys hear anything about people getting their stuff, let me know please!
 
Hey, i have been reading through this thread and i am in a similar situation. I sunk 4k into MAM 8 months ago and i have nothing from them. I fact, i havent heard anything from them in about 3 months. Does anyone have a phone number, a physical address...anything? I have tried sending a couple PMs through the forum here (i joined this one mainly so i could get back in touch with them) last week but havent heard anything back. How long has the wait been for them to get in touch you those of you who have sent them messages?

As a happy customer of MAM, it sucks to see things implode like this. I just found out today they shut down. All I can say is that Beau always took care of me. Yes there were delays, and yes, I have read all the complaint threads, but he never failed me. I am quite certain that you will get your EMS.

Like i said a couple days ago, if they did shut down and filed for bankruptcy don't count on any refund:(

Although them shutting down isn't verified yet, and hopefully it isn't true, I would call my CC company asap to get them involved before it is too late to recover money from them

If you wait to long there is nothing even your CC company can do. They can't recover money that isn't there
 
thing i dont understand is almost everyday there is a new complaint about mam and yet people are still placing orders,

i ordered a manifold in feb and haven't got anything. i called my credit card company yesterday and they said i'll have my money within 30 days no matter what. i was on the phone for about 5 minutes and that was it
 
sad man just sad...(headshake....i've done a good amount of business with beau and never had an issues we didn't straighten out...missing part, wrong or bad part, but he took car of me and made it up to me each time...it appears that things have just gone form bad to worse...i feel for all of you!! :( i hope you guys can get your money back...this sucks!

Nobody is placing anymore orders. How would they place orders? no website, no forum here, i don't know how you think people are placing more orders when he isn't taking any
 
There were some issues with my order where one of the employees was not doing his job of shipping stuff, and was stuffing the boxes in a corner of the warehouse under a tarp. That was when his problems began. He ended up firing a couple of his employees that were pulling all kinds of stunts, and then there were people who were complaining when there was no need to yet, with timelines of 4-6 weeks with custom built to order items who were demanding the parts in a couple weeks. Stupid stuff. Of course, I'm sure there were some valid complaints in there, too, but Beau probably just got sick of the hassle. He told me he was thinking of closing shop when I last talked to him early this year. It looks like he has finally done so, but he always made good one way or the other, in my experience. Definitely a bummer. My Sleeper kit rocks.
