Call the dealer (if there is anogher dealer within a reasonable distance, you might try one where you have no history). Ask for the "internet sales department". In my experience, these guys are much more professional; they usually run the fleet department too and business customers don't put up with that sheet.

When I went to look at my MS3, I walked in and asked if they had any and they actually sent out the ISD Manager. I do believe he could have convinced me to buy the car even if I absolutely hated it.

i have to say its the times as well. cars are not being sold so when ever someone comes onto the lot they need to make the sale that way they can pay there morgage. i know some dealers that are barly bringing in 100 a week now.
