I #$%@^&* HATE 2nd gear!!!

my tranny didn't use to grind into 2nd.. but after getting the clutch bunny hop fixed it has always done it and it is extremely difficult to shift into 2nd when its cold.

Ha! thats funny. You're lucky, you have 1 out of 2 issues . I have a grindy 2nd, and a chattering clutch that the dealer refuses to touch. I'll trade you

Well, it's been about 2 weeks since the Redline replacement and it hasn't grinded since. That's all I need for my proof. MT-90 folks

im gonna put the mt 90 in today, just got a fluid transfer pump this morning. I ll tell you how it goes.

Fluid transfer pump for a manual? You only need to unscrew the two plugs (drain and fill). Unless you are talking about pumping the fluid INTO the tranny, cause it can be a pain. I'm thinking about the thing they use to suck fluid out of automatics.

Anyhow, I think you will like the results. It is a subtle difference, but noticable.
