i'm coming from dublin.. i would say take 580 to 880 and take either 84 or 92 and goto 101.. if you take 237 it's a big U

yeah, I don't spend much time in that neck of the woods so I am not super familiar with the roads.... I just know 880 is a PITA most of the time.

If you are coming from san ramon area, you can take 680 to crow canyon...then get on 580 in Castro Valley. It's a little shortcut

truc is a baby and fell asleep in the back seat, and got car sick.
police near the bottom of mt. hamilton!
deer near the bottom
and police flying around everywhere in general

Coming up Hwy 9 towards the summit I saw 3 deer on one side of the road and a big ass buck on the other all staring at me. Then I saw like 5-6 more deer on the Saratoga side.

Yeah, there was a lot of deer out last night. I saw a couple of 'em on my way down to Santa Cruz. I also had a guy in a 1st gen rx-7 try to keep up with me...well, I guess TRY isn't the word...more like DID keep up with me.(owned)
