Hwy 9 Fun Run!

1. So has anybody here got any clue on how to install axles?

2. Does anybody here want to help me install my new axles?
I've done several axel installs. They can be easy, or a real pain in the arse.
If you happen to have a shop manual, that will help tons.

Plan on replacing your ball joints, they either pop off real easy, or the boots get destroyed in the removal process.

If you have pneumatic tools, an impact gun, and a torque wrench, you're pretty much set.

I could help you out, but my days off are kinda busy. When do you plan on changing them?

1. That was a fun drive today.
2. Anyone wanna go for a drive tonight?
That damn spot where 236 and HWY9 split gets me every time! How embarrassing.
I felt the inside-rear tire lift while making the left.
I'll probably be up for another run next week. But this time, on the way home, let's stop for a pint at the White Cockade. (cheers)

Hey guys, due to the endless problems I've been having with that crappy crappy Miata, I decided to put an end to it. So I traded it in for a 2004 Honda Civic EX w/VTEC. I must say that while RWD is great, I'm very glad to be back to the safer and easier to drive FWD platform. Also I love having 4 seats now. And 36 MPG isn't shabby either. I was also tired of stick shift cars (too much work, too little driving) so I went for an automatic.

It's been a good experience with Mazda but I needed something less troublesome and with VTEC. I'll probably be joining honda-tech now and won't be posting here much.

So here she is:
