Damn straight, easy as pie man. Anyone, I repeat anyone can do it!

Hey Guys,

I just finished putting in my Euro 626 Wiper Stalk that I got from CorkSport. I now have intermittent wipers in my Sedan :D

Here is the info:

Part Number: GE6M-66-128 Wiper Stalk
$66.00+Shipping at CorkSport.

Just give them a call and ask for Derrick, He is the one that ordered mine so it should be pretty easy for him to get one for you if you want. Just be warned it takes a while to get. it's just as easy as putting in the other one into the protege5.

P5 variable wiper install

Wiper Mod Link

hi, is there another How-To for this mod? the link about is dead, and the Mazdastuff.com site is down too.. can I get the wipers anywhere else?

Wipers? or Control Stalk? If it is the stalk: I ordered mine from the dealer but try a salvage yard. To install it, it is very easy to do. Just take off the steering column cover and remove the old stalk and replace it with the new variable one. I know, this was short, but I am not sure what the question is.

you mean that the wiper stock from ford will work for the P5?

wiper

yeah but like i said before, that is the RHD model, which would mean you will have to move your indicator stalk to use that specific part number...

most part in oz can be gotten from mazda or ford, hence this box below!! (this was for my heater resistor)

the US part# for an MPV/Protege5 is GE6V-66-128. VERY close numerically. I just had my ford technician buddy order me one. (hooray for homie hookups)

Yes, I posted it earlier in this thread, here it is again. Call Corksport to order it, it might take a while, but the price is right and it works perfectly.

now do you think we can get convex mirrors this same way???
my brother's Mz6 has these, would they be similar or no?
