to make life easier remove screws (4 and 5) that hold on ignisian(sp) light to lower plastic cover
remove three screws (6,7.8) that hold the windshied wiper stalk to stearing column

remove stalk and replace with variable windshield wiper stalk
insert screws 6,7,8
insert screws 4 and 5 (screw 5 is tricky use a magnetic screw driver)
clip back on bottom and top steering wheel column covers
move steering wheel column to max hight and tighten clamp
insert screws 1,2,3
vola your done and it should look like this
