How to switch halogen rear turn signals with LEDs on 2016 cx9

I got my CX9 a few days ago but one thing I can't stand is the halogen turn signal bulb whereas everything else is led. Has anyone here switched them to LED? If so what are the instructions and which bulbs should I get.
