How to standalone fog lights on CX 9

Does anyone know how to standalone fog lights on a Mazda CX9? Is there any relay or harness that I should buy/ install to be able to turn on -off the fog lights without having to turn on lights (low-high beams)? I also want them to be on when using high beam. Thanks.

I believe that they are regulated so they won't come on with the high beams, safety you know. I would really rather that there be a daytime headlight feature on my CX 9!

There is a daytime feature. Turn them on and leave them on.
