(help)I just installed OBX, magnaflow muffler, high flow cat, and custome made middle pipe. I think the sound is too loud. Is there way that keeps it as silence as possible? I want that it sounds like stock. So, should I just put a silencer or something! Thx. P.S. when i am driving in highway, the noise makes me headache. (bang)

it's going to be loud. with the obx/magnaflow combo alone the sound is much increased from stock (not that there's anything wrong with that)....you added a hf cat on top of it. dude, it's going to be louder. either put your stocks back on or just always keep your stereo turned way the **** up...

Hello, If i install a silencer, will the noise lower a little bit? because when i was driving to school today, everyone look at my car. (hand) damn!

yes it'll make your car more silent. but what were you excpecting with all that done to the exhaust?

I don't expect like that loud. I told the dude keeps the noise as silence as possible. the fact is not.

well, put a silencer on, if it's still too loud, take of the highflow cat and put on the stock one

there's no way the dude could keeps the noise silence in this application. you flow out your exhaust like that and it's going to increase decibels dramatically...but it feels better now, doesn't it? like a sweet, ebony hooker

Sorry, but u should have asked around what you're getting into BEFORE doing the upgrade (and that's quite a big upgrade you have there). What you're experiencing is droning. I'm sure the exhaust sounds sweet when accelerating, changing gears and accelerating again, but when you drive with constant RPMs on the highway, it's a different story.

What about putting a resonator on your custom midpipe? That'll help with sound and you might lose .1whp or something like that doing it. Worth it IMO as I'll probably be doing the same in a few months...

weld in a pair of resonators but without catalytic convertors the inside coating on those resonators will burn away in a matter of time
