How much did you pay for your Mazda3?

Hey guys, I'm looking at a 2007 Mazda3 s Sport sedan automatic with 25,000 miles. Asking price is $15k, they went down to $13,700. It's got a sunroof and leather seats. KBB lists it at ~$13.4 from a dealer. Good or keep pushing?

Remember a few things...

1) The auto economy is still in the tank....

2) A dealer typically has at least a 3 or 4k markup on used cars.

therefore, if your paying cash, take a check for exactly 12k into the dealership and say take it or leave it. If they say no, walk out. They will probably call you before the day is over.

btw: that 12k is tax, tags, and title included.

Nope, not a GT. It turns out it doesn't have leather seats.

The original list price was $17k back in November...

Then are you sure it's an 'S' and not an iTouring with a sunroof? Does it have the 2.3 engine in it or just the 2.0?

Yep, it's got 2.3 badges. It's also got foglights... is that another difference between i and s?

I could have got my iTouring with fog's but I didn't want to pay for the upgrade. Mine has a sunroof though. The 2.3 badge is most likely proof enough!

Bought in Area of Silver Spring, Maryland [MD 20904]We requested several price quotes on the internet. we got several from 17511, 17700 and 18500. for the fourth quote(17825) we use the other[ 17511] to get it for $17411
to which you must add:

total to finance= $19230 @ 0% per 60 months

06 Mazda 3 bought it in 2011 with 49,000 miles for 5,000 bucks was in a minor accident but only a front fender, headlight and door skin replaced and painted.
