How do you find someone?

Ok i am trying to find someone that i have not talked to in 4 years or so i have tried the yellow pages and no luck anyone have any ideas on how i may be able to find this person also not sure of what state they may be living in by now?

well if you how could you try the yellow pages if you don't know what state they live in?
try searching for them on the internet? do you know where they work? you could call the company? i think there are some services on the internet that help track people down. if you wanna get really hard core you can hire and investigator to find them for you

hmmm. I dont know man, I would have to go in depth, but you could do things that are illegal, but i would just pay the 30 bucks, and exhuast yahoo searches, do you think she would ever have a website or anything like that. Maybe a personla blog or something.
