How do you change out map light bulbs?

I am owner manually and unmechanically challenged, if that's a word. I want to change the map lights out to color ones but can't figure out how to get them out. My car was used and didn't come with the owner's manual. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

i jess used my fingers and popped em out.. do it slowly though

In the front of the map assembly is a little notch use a flat head screwdriver to pop the cover off.
Then as mention just grab them with your fingers and gently wiggle out the blub.
