How come I can't delete my threads

When I try to delete my thread the option is no longer there instead it tells me a reason why I want to edit it. What happened??? this is not cool.

Nah it's wierd am I the only one??? It will let me add a poll but it won't let me delete through there either?

If you need to delete a thread, just PM a mod to do it. Or edit your first post and delete the important info.

Yeah I still can't delete mine so no we have to pm mods to remove threads. I don't mind but that would be a PITA for a mod to do each time, LOL since I usually like deleting my threads when they are stupid like this or old as hell.
