the mp3 is rated at 140. the guys with the most in either car are either upgrading their mp3's to turbos...or putting larger turbos in their mazdaspeeds.

I've read of a guy having 350 in his yellow MP3... I dont know if you can get much more without serious engine work.

Has anyone bought the mam thumper turbo kit for there mp3. the reason being is because i have done the research and i'm working with a shop in order to reach the full potential of the mp3. and i,m going to buy the street unit forged engine. i'm trying to reach my goal of at least 600whp.

i wouldn't advise trying to buy any MAM parts at the moment.... lots of crap going on with that. Some people are running the thumper kit though. Several have actually sold recently.... CWill is a notable one with one of the fastest pro's around (or was, he's got some other thing going on with it, we'll see what he comes up with later i guesS).
