holy oil leak batman

About a month ago I had Mazda do an oil change and add a T connector and attach an autometer sender and the Mazda sending unit.

A few days ago I noticed a few drops of oil on my garage floor. Jacked up the car but was unable to determine where the leak was coming from.

Last night my roomy went to the garage after I got home and the garage was full of smoke from the now HUGH oil leak coming from my MSP.

Off to the dealer I go this am, and guess where the oil is coming from??

The hose that connects to the engine directly below the oil filter. WTF.

Has anyone else had this problem??

replace the hose and use a better hose clamp?

Wow I'm impressed they would even do that. I know I don't do anything to modify factory designed systems or parts. I wouldn't have done it. And this is why.

Mine was leaking from the oil presure sensor.

Damn I just noticed some drops of oil in my garage too. Looks like its time to go back to the dealer for me.
