I got my oil changed... Later that night.. sittin in a parking lot... it starts to white smoke... clears up after 1-1.5 min... (didnt notice right away it was me hahaha).... Anything to worry about? I think a noob did my "free" oil change...
I have 4500 miles on my car... It didnt have any certain smell at all.... not rubber or oil smells... When i hit the pedal a lil.. it didnt seem to come out more.. jus to thin out wat was coming out. and no, no oil on ground
Wow that is gross! lol!! if you have having white smoke come out the tail...that's never a good thing...with that many miles i would suspect the seals as already mentioned to be going bad. Take it to the dealer and ......stop beating off!(stooges)
totally normal its because of the large exhaust system these things have. it basically moisture that builds and then burns off as steam. all my turbo cars would do it if the weather and conditions were right. its the black and blueish grey smoke you dont want to see normally.
me too, my engine is new less than 3k miles and my pipes are fuxd so i cant go full boost but if i boost a little it looks like white smoke is comming out. Im thinking several things and most of them scare me.
1. Bad PCV
2. Bad Ring Seal On Pistons
3. Headgasket
has anybody actually had the issue addressed with a credible service tech? I spoke to mine and he suggested that it was also moisture being burned off.
I also do not get alot of it but itis noticiable. I when I rev the engine it goes away almost immediately.
Please dont tell me it is the seals?!?!? The car is basically brand new and I have not even made my 2nd car payment.
