the HKS kit isnt cheap. rx7 kit costs close to 400. nissan 300zx is in the 700 range

i also think there's twin BOV's for the 300Z. i'm not positive about this but i'm pretty sure thats why the price is $700. make sure your clear about what your dealing with and don't let people go under false assumptions like one of their BOV's and kits goes for this much $$$ so i should be able to get this much for mine.

well considering the cost of the bov and cost price to make this kit. it would be beneficial to market the price where its somewhat profitable instead for a loss.

anyways ill be making the inlet i/c pipe with the flange on it. cost of that will be around 150 to 200. the stock pipe is a piece of s***. i will prob not make this kit now since the cost of the hard pipe will be just a little more than this kit. stay tuned.

no im not. its not profitable/cost effective enough to mass produce. a I/C inlet hard pipe install kit will be available instead with and without the HKS flange.

im in the process of getting a new replacement pipe kit made for $175 2.5 inch stainless steel with 50mm HKS stainless flange. We will see. As a complete kit the total will be $400 with recirculation fitting and a recirculation hose. stay tuned

i'm not trying to rob JDM SAM of any business but you could do it yourself

just buy an eclipse hks ssqv kit (the part # is 1421-SM4US from HKS), it comes with a flange; get some radiator hose (i used a piece of 1 1/4" I.D. and a piece of thick 1" I.D. hose), you just need a few inches of each; and some ring clamps and you are good to go.

here is a pic of what i did:
hks ssqv 1
hks ssqv 2

cost me about $220 total
just food for thought

its cool i dont make the kit unless someone really wants it. unwounds set up puts too much stress on the plastic nipple that comes out the stock piping unless its supported under the BOV. itll break it off if the bov has no support under it. its been known to break off over time under slight movement and heat
